Modeling with MICA Models means variety. You might pose for a fashion website in stylish outfits, star in a TV commercial for a car brand, or feature in a billboard for a tech company. Jobs range from lifestyle shoots to creative ad campaigns, reflecting the broad scope of advertising.
Most jobs last 2–4 days at locations worldwide, chosen by our clients. We handle everything—business-class flights, top-tier hotel stays, airport transfers, and on-site support—so you can focus on delivering your best performance. Our local teams ensure you’re comfortable and ready to shine, wherever the job takes you.
How Do I Get Booked for Jobs?
Clients select models who best fit their campaign vision.
Our user-friendly online job management system matches you with client requests tailored to your profile. Each request details the campaign, location, and earnings, letting you choose which jobs to pursue. If interested, we submit your portfolio to the client. Requests typically come weeks or months in advance, giving you plenty of time to plan.
Clients review options and book their preferred models, sometimes after multiple rounds. You’ll see the outcome in our system, and if booked, your Modeling Consultant will guide you through the details to ensure a seamless experience.
How Much Can I Earn?
Earnings vary by job and experience, with top models earning over USD 500,000 annually.
Your income depends on the number and type of jobs you book, as well as your contract type (see below). Many models earn USD 8,000 or more per month, with our highest earners exceeding USD 500,000 yearly. Whether you’re starting out or experienced, your potential grows with every campaign.
Contract per Client Job
Maximum Flexibility
Prefer flexibility? Our per-job contracts let you work on your terms. You sign a contract only for the jobs you accept, with no long-term commitment, allowing you to step in or out as needed.

Fixed Salary Contract
Maximum Security
Want stability? After six months and at least four client jobs on a per-job contract, you can opt for a fixed salary contract. This offers a steady income and benefits, with a commitment to work exclusively with us.
Pros:
- Guaranteed minimum of USD 6,000 per month
- 5% annual salary increase
- 30% bonus on revenue above your fixed salary
- Health insurance and pension fund
- Paid even during quieter months
Cons:
- Minimum of 12 client jobs per year
- Three-month notice period to leave

Who Can Become a Model?
Anyone 18–80 who’s reliable and ready to shine.
Advertising thrives on diversity, so we welcome men and women of all looks, body types, and ages (18–80) from around the world. No modeling experience? No problem—our coaches will guide you to succeed. We value professionalism, reliability, and enthusiasm above all.
Requirements: You must be over 18 with no criminal record. Due to current regulations, we cannot accept applicants from the EU, China, or North Korea, or those with a history in adult entertainment industries.
How Can I Apply?

Apply easily through our online form, or reach out via email or our Instagram. We carefully select models to ensure the best fit for our clients, accepting about 10% of applications. If you’re not selected now, don’t be discouraged—you can reapply later!
What Else Is Needed?
Once accepted, you’ll need sed-cards (a portfolio of photos). If you have recent (less than six months old) professional photos, great! If not, our photo editors will guide you to create them at home—no professional photographer required. We’ll update your sed-cards with professional shots from your first job, at no cost to you.

No catch—just opportunity.
There’s no financial risk: you pay nothing upfront, and contracts are job-specific with no obligation to continue. You choose which jobs to pursue, and we cover all travel and accommodation costs.
