Current Status of Operations

Dear Clients, Models and Friends,

As many of you have already heard, our headquarters in Apia was severely damaged by vandals during the night of January 6th. Our servers, external backup drives, laptops and cameras were stolen. Numerous photo prints were destroyed, and paper-based files were scattered throughout the building. The local police are investigating the incident, but no suspects have been identified so far.

As shocking as this situation is for all of us, our highest priority has been to restore regular operations as quickly as possible. This is, of course, a significant challenge. At this point, we unfortunately have to assume that all business data created between 2023 and 2026 has been irretrievably lost unless the stolen servers and backups are recovered. The most recent backups stored off‑site date back to summer 2023.

Fortunately, all contracts are securely archived at our lawyers’ offices, which means that all ongoing campaigns can continue without interruption. All upcoming bookings for 2026 will also proceed as planned.

However, all data related to campaigns that were currently in preparation, as well as recent information from our booking system, has been lost. The original developer of the booking system is currently unavailable, so we are working with external contractors to rebuild the system based on the 2023 backup. This process will take additional time, and we will need to improvise interim solutions.

We sincerely apologize for the difficulties and additional effort this situation may cause. We are deeply grateful for your continued support.

Kind regards,
Mireille Carrisi and Jacques de Onofrio
