Information about our Application Process
We have a multi-step application process to ensure that we only hire the best people for our team. The process is as follows:
Step 1 - Basic Application
The first step is a simple application form. We will review your application and if you are considered suitable, we will contact you with the details for the next step.
10% of applicants pass this stage. If you are rejected, you will receive an email informing you of this.
Step 2 - Extended Application
If you are successful in the first stage, you will be invited to complete an extended application. For this, you will already receive a login to our system. You will fill out an extended questionnaire with information about yourself, and you will upload some more photos.
You show us that you are serious about working with us by completing this step within 48 hours of receiving the login information.
5% of applicants pass this stage. If you are rejected, you will receive an email informing you of this.
Step 3 - Getting Ready for Client Requests
If you are successful in the second stage, your account will be activated, and you will be able to receive client requests. For accepting client requests, you will need to have your first sed-card uploaded. You won't need a professional photographer for this, but you will need to follow our guidelines for the photos when you do them yourself.
You will also need to complete your profile, including information about your expected rates and further information.
You show us that you are serious about working with us by completing this step within 48 hours of being granted access to the system.
2% of applicants pass this stage. If you fail to complete your profile within 48 hours, you will receive an email informing you of this.
That's it - now you're part of the team!
Once you have completed the third step, you're part of the team!
You will be able to receive and answer client requests. Based on your activity profile and success rates, the number of requests you receive will increase over time.
